BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year

December 5th capped off another successful year for me when I was proud to be presented with the BBC East Midlands Young Sports Personality of the Year Award. The award was presented to me by Sven Goran Ericsson who said he was very impressed with the dedication that I had put into my gymnastics. It was a fantastic evening made all the more so by meeting Nottingham's Olympic hero, Rebecca Adlington too.
