European Championships

Just got back from the European Championships in Birmingham with 3 Golds and in doing so I have also qualified for the 1st Youth Olympics in Singapore in August later this year.

It was an awesome experience competing in front of a home crowd especially as there were 18 familiy members there to cheer me and Team GB on.

The team were fantastic both Seniors and Juniors, and this was the most successful European Championship ever for Great Britain as we won 13 medals overall.

Since I have got back it has been really hectic with loads of media stuff and I even met Gordon Brown this week as he came to Loughborough as part of his Prime Ministerial Campaign for No.10.

Straight back to training this week though, starting my preparations for the Youth Olympics and the competitons to come later in the year also. Hopefully with a bit of time now until August so I will be able to get my wrist problem cured fully.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Sergei and Scott Hann our GB Coaches along with Ben Howells and Paul Hall who have really helped me in achieving what I achieved last week, as have all the back room support staff at British Gymnastics.

Also, I would like to say a big thank you to all my sponsors without whom this wouldn't be possible;
